Traditional charity platforms often focus solely on monetary donations, neglecting other forms of support like supplies or volunteer time. They also lack features that connect people for collective action, leaving users feeling disconnected and unengaged.

I started by interviewing donors and analyzing existing platforms to understand user needs. The research highlighted a demand for transparency, inclusivity, and better collaboration features, forming the basis of my design approach.
